To deal with things we like to put things in boxes.

Hermetically sealed boxes that we can pull out and pop back away when we have finished.

We like to do this with good Friday, at best linking it to easter Sunday as an Awkward introduction.

Jesus death was part of his life.
A violent life, a love so extreme that it risked everything and gave everything.

A love so violent that it touched the leper, the outcast, the unclean, released women in a society that bound them, spoke of God to the gentile.

A loving death that tore the temple curtain, exposing all to a living loving God that some chose to hide and own.

His death as his life, reunites us, the outcast, the unclean with our Father.
